Annual General Meeting

The Ontario Association of Broadcasters’ Annual General Meeting is held each year in May. The OAB Financial Statements are reviewed and Committee Chairs will overview their respective committee’s year and future plans. This is also a time when nominees are presented by the Nominating Committee for available positions on the Board of Directors.

Notice of the Annual Meeting will be sent to each member at least fourteen (14) days prior to the date at which the meeting is to be held. Annual Meetings require the presence of at least seven (7) members of the OAB, who are duly registered for the meeting and entitled to vote or their duly appointed alternates, who are entitled to vote. Proxies will be accepted as votes.

The 2020 AGM was held virtually on May 29th.
