Annual General Meeting

The Ontario Association of Broadcasters’ Annual General Meeting is held each year during the conference. A review of activities including; Financial Statements and Committee Chairs will overview their respective committee’s year and future plans.  This is also a time when nominees are presented by the Nominating Committee for available positions on the Board of Directors.

Notice of the Annual Meeting will be sent to members at least ten (10) days prior to the date at which the meeting is to be held. Annual Meetings require the presence of at least 25% of OAB members, who are duly registered and entitled to vote or their duly appointed alternates, who are entitled to vote. Proxies will be accepted as votes.

The 2025 AGM will be held on Monday, October 27, followed by the CONNECTION 2025 opening Welcome Reception.
