About Us

The Ontario Association of Broadcasters was established in 1950, originally as the Central Canada Broadcasters Association, to serve the common interests of privately owned radio and television station operators in the province. Membership is open to Radio and Television stations licensed in Ontario. Post-secondary schools, businesses and organizations with an interest in the broadcast industry are eligible for associate membership.

Annual General Meeting

The Ontario Association of Broadcasters Annual General Meeting is held during the conference. Financial statements, actions of the Board and committees plans are reviewed.

Pro Radio Campaign

Stations across Ontario are running the latest Pro Radio campaign. The purpose of the campaign is to promote the medium and remind listeners of the value of Radio.
